Four sessions of mindfulness practice in March – setting the foundation for mindfulness practice.
A peaceful one hour mindful lunch amidst a busy lifestyle of managing work and life. Participants took a little break during lunch hour to learn about mindfulness meditation and healthy living. Mindfulness techniques will enable you to calm your mind, feelings, reduce stress, strengthen focus and enhance well-being and performance at work.
An Appreciation Lunch was held during 2018 CNY to thank donors and supporters. We were lucky to have Bhante from Sri Lanka to join us. It was a happy gathering with devotees from various Buddhist Centres and great to meet up with old friends from Ngee Ann Polytechnic Buddhist Society.
